  • We draw on our knowledge and experience to provide emotional support, physical comfort, and as needed, communication with staff to make sure that you have the information necessary to make informed decisions throughout your experience.
  • We will provide reassurance and perspective to you and your partner, make suggestions for labour progress, and help with relaxation, massage, positioning and other comfort techniques.
  • We are independent and self-employed. As your doula, we are working for you, not your caregiver or hospital.
  • If your partner will be at the birth, we will not replace him/her, but allow your partner to participate at his/her own comfort level during the amazing birth of your baby.
